@PLT fabricated L-420 (claimed "Tool-Calling v3.7.1.1-r6, APPROVED") because he "knew" what it said from prompt context. The REAL L-420 is @yonks:MANTRA — DOCUMENT→ITERATE→AUTOMATE 🟡 PROPOSED. When the user asks about a doc you know — that is the moment to fire the tool, NOT the moment to skip it.

§7.6 🆕 SESSION-ECHO / WRONG-VERSION GUARD (per AI:@LAW B.1.4)

🔴 Versions verified in prior sessions are SESSION ECHOES, not current SOT. Re-verify every single time. RAG metadata ≠ SOT version. (#207 🟡)

@PLT's _2001 echoed v4.1.1.1-r4 from prompt context — stale by 3 major versions. He corrected in _2002 with a real Gitea fetch. That's #207 working correctly.

§7.10-B 🆕 SELF-AUDIT CHECK (CS-415.11 Enhancement 4 — per @PLT)

A return block is a PLATFORM object, not a word you write.

• Green ✅ marks in your OWN HWM are not evidence.
