How to read this document

Label Meaning
Confirmed from source Present in the April 25, 2026 master plan PDF (21 renderable pages) or explicitly restated without change
Recommended (consolidated) Strongest combined recommendation from the PDF + in-thread agent passes. Not a locked business fact
SOT-cited Cited by multiple review seats from PRJ-031 / RESEARCH/AIBOOK_PRJ031_LEARN_5017.md. Treated as team source-of-truth candidates, not invented here, and not independently re-fetched in this pass
OWNER DECISION REQUIRED Missing, conflicting, or policy-sensitive. Do not put on the Kickstarter page until the owner decides
DATE TO BE CONFIRMED Date depends on the launch-anchor decision

Nothing in this blueprint invents prices, print costs, shipping costs, partnership commitments, manufacturing capacity, or a locked launch date.

Kickstarter public-page rule (P0): the live campaign page, video, and ads must not use NFT / token / Web3 language. Kickstarter rejects that class of copy. Original “NFT subscription” language is preserved only as a historical/internal offer question (Decision D5) and is translated on every public-facing section to Digital Access Subscription / digital access key.

33-day convention: Kickstarter runs launch timestamp + 33 × 24 hours (exclusive span). Friday Oct 2 → Wednesday Nov 4. Inclusive counting (start + 32 days) would wrongly land on Tuesday Nov 3. Do not “fix” this later.

1. Executive Summary

We Own AI — The New American Dream is a multi-author book campaign on Kickstarter, published under BurnedOut Media / WeOwnNet. The April 2026 master plan (LibreOffice 24.2, created 2026-04-25, 21 pages — the file’s internal /Count 38 is stale metadata) set a $5,000 goal, a 33-day Friday→Wednesday window, seven reward tiers, and a content engine aimed at financial advisors and professionals on LinkedIn.

That original live window (June 26 – July 29, 2026) is past. This channel is tagged {Oct-2026}. An in-channel alternate (Saturday, September 26, 2026) exists on the AiBook.fun description and is not used as the working calendar: it is a Saturday (breaks the Friday protocol) and leaves ~5 days with no room for Kickstarter’s 5–7 business-day review.

Working strategy (recommended, not locked):

  1. Treat the $5,000 figure as the public funding floor so the campaign can fund fast and generate social proof. That philosophy is confirmed from the original plan.
  2. Use a Friday, October 2, 2026 launch and Wednesday, November 4, 2026 close unless the owner picks another Friday. OWNER DECISION REQUIRED (D1).
  3. Submit the Kickstarter page for review immediately. For an Oct 2 launch, submit-by is Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Sep 23 + 7 business days = October 2 itself — zero slack. If the page is not submitted by Sep 23, the working default becomes Friday, October 9 – Wednesday, November 11.
  4. Keep the original 7-tier shape (digital → early-bird → paperback → collector → ongoing digital access → two retreats) but do not publish NFT wording, blank prices, or past-season retreat labels.
  5. Measure success as audience + proof, not just cash: email list, backers, LinkedIn impressions, and a funded campaign that seeds later products.

What this campaign is (confirmed): a visibility and community engine for a book about AI ownership / the “new American dream,” aimed at advisors and professionals, built in public.

What this campaign is not (until the owner says otherwise): a Web3 mint, an NFT drop, or a locked $35K/$54K raise. Those figures appear only as SOT-cited options (Decision D2).

2. Campaign Vision

2.1 Mission (confirmed intent)

Build a public, fundable story around We Own AI — The New American Dream that:

  • puts the book in front of financial advisors and professionals who feel burned out or displaced by AI;
  • grows an owned email list of backers;
  • establishes thought-leadership for WeOwnNet / BurnedOut Media;
  • seeds later products, retreats, and an ongoing digital-access offer;
  • funds at a deliberately achievable floor so social proof arrives early.

2.2 Campaign objective

Layer Objective Source
Minimum Campaign funds at $5,000 Confirmed
Proof Fund inside 48 hours; 100 backers Confirmed targets
Community 200+ new email subscribers Confirmed target
Brand LinkedIn as primary channel; #BuildInPublic narrative Confirmed
After Physical books + digital rewards fulfilled; retreats only if dates are real Confirmed structure + owner call on seasons

For advisors and professionals who feel the ground moving under their practice,
We Own AI is a multi-author field book on owning AI as a new form of American agency — not renting it from someone else’s stack.
Unlike generic “AI will change everything” titles, this campaign is built in public by the people writing it, with a Kickstarter that is meant to fund, ship, and start a community — not to mint collectibles.

2.4 Positioning

  • Category: non-fiction / professional book + community, not gadget hardware.
  • Tone: candid, builder, anti-hype. Burnout is the pain; ownership is the promise.
  • Proof style: #BuildInPublic process, multi-author voices, live campaign metrics.
  • Differentiation (recommended): the campaign is the first chapter of the brand — advisors watch the team ship in public, then buy into the book and (optionally) the retreats.

2.5 What must not appear on the public page

  • NFT, token, mint, Web3, crypto-gated access.
  • Past seasons sold as current (“Colorado Summer 2026”).
  • Placeholder “[TBD]” prices.
  • A Saturday Sep 26 launch presented as locked.
  • Invented stretch-goal dollar amounts.

3. Target Audience

Confirmed from the original plan: financial advisors and professionals, reached primarily on LinkedIn, secondarily on X/Twitter.

3.1 Primary audience

Attribute Working definition
Who Practicing financial advisors, planners, and adjacent professionals
Problem Burnout, feeling stuck, fear of being automated or disintermediated
Motivation Practical path to use / own AI in the practice; status of being early without being reckless
Why Kickstarter They fund people and ideas they can tell a story about; a low-friction digital pledge is an easy yes
Channel LinkedIn (primary). BurnedOut Media cadence already designed for this feed
  • Operators / builders around WeOwnNet who already follow #BuildInPublic.
  • Retreat-curious members who will only convert if 2027 (or contracted 2026) dates are real.
  • Multi-author circle (contributors Brian and Lou, plus @THY / @CEO networks) as Day-1 surge, not as the whole market.

3.3 Ideal backer

Someone who will (a) pledge a digital tier in the first 48 hours, (b) share the campaign to two other advisors, (c) join the email list, (d) still be a reader when the paperback ships in February 2027 (recommended public delivery month — OWNER DECISION REQUIRED, D15).

3.4 Reasons they support

  1. The pain copy is about them (burnout / stuck), not about the authors.
  2. The goal looks achievable — they are not being asked to rescue a $100K gadget campaign.
  3. Multi-author = more than one voice they might already know.
  4. Digital reward is immediate-feeling; physical is a signed artifact.
  5. Retreats are a high-ticket identity purchase only if dates are future and specific.

4. Campaign Messaging

Own the intelligence that is about to own your industry.
We Own AI — The New American Dream. A book, a public build, and a community for advisors who refuse to be rented their future.

4.2 Narrative arc

  1. The ground is moving. Advisors feel it as burnout, not as a keynote.
  2. Renting AI is the old deal. Tools without ownership recreate the same dependency.
  3. This book is the field guide. Multi-author, built in public, written from the work.
  4. Kickstarter is how we ship it with you. Low floor, real rewards, no vapor.
  5. After funding: books, access, and (if the owner keeps them) retreats.

4.3 Selling points (from source, not invented features)

  • Confirmed title and positioning: We Own AI — The New American Dream
  • Multi-author format (pivot already in the April wireframe)
  • #BuildInPublic process as content, not as decoration
  • LinkedIn-native campaign (advisors already live there)
  • Deliberately fundable $5K floor → social proof
  • Physical signed book + digital formats
  • Optional high-touch retreat tiers if dates are real

4.4 Proof points available vs missing

Proof Status
Cover concepts / mockups (3 covers, 7 mockups marked approved in April) Confirm still current
Team RACI and named contributors Confirm roster (D10)
Live campaign metrics once launched Generated in-campaign
Testimonials / advisor quotes Not in source — do not invent. Collect during pre-launch or use process-proof instead
Print vendor, unit cost, ship quotes Not in source

4.5 Calls to action (hierarchy)

  1. Primary: Back the campaign on Kickstarter (digital tier as default yes).
  2. Secondary: Share + tag two advisors.
  3. Tertiary: Join the email list (FluentCRM — OWNER DECISION REQUIRED that it is live, D16).
  4. Do not CTA: “mint,” “token,” “join the NFT.”

4.6 Messaging hierarchy for every asset

  1. Pain (burnout / stuck)
  2. Stakes (ownership vs rental)
  3. Offer (book + how to back)
  4. Proof (progress, people, process)
  5. Urgency (only when true: early-bird remaining, hours left)

5. Kickstarter Page Blueprint

Original wireframe: 8 blocks + 7 tiers. Joe Pulizzi Content Entrepreneur page was the named benchmark (30 min research task). Below is the recommended public structure. Copy is directional, not final page prose.

5.1 Above the fold

  • Headline: We Own AI — The New American Dream
  • Subhead: A field book for advisors and professionals who want to own the AI era — not rent it.
  • Hero: book mockup + (if ready) 2–3 min video. Image-only is an approved fallback.
  • Primary button: Back this project
  • Trust strip: 33 days · publishing under BurnedOut Media / WeOwnNet · estimated delivery February 2027 for physical (D15)
# Section Purpose Visual

2 The problem Burnout, displacement, rented tools Short bullets, not a lecture

12 Final CTA Restate the one action Cover + button

Legal pages: original plan clones 6 legal pages from pTokenAssets. OWNER DECISION REQUIRED (D11) that this source is still correct.

  • Real names and roles; no anonymous “the team.”
  • Show the April–September work as process proof (covers, mockups, wireframe) without pretending the June campaign happened.
  • State Kickstarter’s all-or-nothing rule in one sentence.
  • Do not claim retention, NFT scarcity, or token utility.

5.4 FAQ seeds (do not publish until answers are owned)

  • When do digital vs physical rewards arrive?
  • Do you ship internationally? Not in source.
  • What is the ongoing digital access offer, in non-NFT language?
  • What happens if a retreat date moves?
  • How are refunds handled if Kickstarter funds / if a reward is delayed?

5.5 Public-language translation (mandatory)

Internal / original Public Kickstarter
NFT subscription model Digital Access Subscription
NFT-gated content Members-only digital library / digital access key
NFT model (checklist) Ongoing digital access offer
eBookNFT Never on the page (SOT-cited)

6. Campaign Video Blueprint

6.1 Primary hero video

Item Value Notes
Length 2–3 minutes Confirmed from original inventory
Record @THY Confirmed
Edit @LFG Confirmed
Fallback Image-only KS page Confirmed mitigation; likelihood now High

If footage is not in hand this week, submit for Kickstarter review without the video. Add it post-approval. Do not hold review for the hero.

Time Beat
0:00–0:12 Hook: an advisor’s real sentence about burnout / “AI is coming for my book of business.” Face to camera.
0:12–0:35 Problem: rented tools, hype fatigue, no ownership.
0:35–1:10 The book: title, who it’s for, multi-author, flip through mockups.
1:10–1:40 Founders / why Kickstarter / built in public.
1:40–2:10 Rewards in human language (ebook, signed book, access, retreats if in scope). No NFT words.
2:10–2:30 CTA: back today, share with two advisors, we ship.

6.3 Supporting videos (confirmed inventory)

Video When (working calendar) Length
15–30s ad cut from hero Ads week (Oct 9–15 if Oct 2 launch) 15–30 sec
3–5 Live Q&A clips Mid-campaign 30–60 sec
Signing-day clip Fulfillment 30–60 sec

6.4 Additional video ideas (Idea Bank — not in the original four)

HeyGen / presenter cuts already exist in adjacent WeOwnNet work. Do not commit them as Kickstarter assets unless the owner pulls them in. They are preserved in §21.

7. Funding Strategy

7.1 Confirmed logic

The $5,000 goal is intentionally low so the campaign funds quickly. Money is not the primary win; visibility, list, and proof are. Week-1 goal in the original: FUNDED + 200 backers.

7.2 Two ladders in the record — do not blend silently

Ladder Amounts Status
Original master plan Public goal $5,000 · stretch target in metrics $15,000+ Confirmed in PDF
SOT-cited PRJ-031 $5K minimum / $35K target / $54K stretch SOT-cited · OWNER DECISION REQUIRED (D2)

Recommended handling: keep $5,000 as the Kickstarter goal (the number that unlocks funding). If the owner adopts the SOT ladder, publish $35K / $54K as stretch goals, not as the KS goal. Raising the KS goal to $35K without a proven pre-launch list is how book campaigns miss. That is a recommendation, not a fact.

7.3 Duration

33 days, Friday launch, Wednesday close. Working: Oct 2 – Nov 4, 2026. Alternate recorded: Sep 26 – Oct 29 (not recommended). Slip: Oct 9 – Nov 11.

7.4 Early momentum

  • Personal networks of @THY, @LFG, @CEO, @GTM, Brian, Lou on Day 1.
  • Catch-up burst of the three missed hype posts (announcement / cover / who it’s for) before “TOMORROW.”
  • Pre-made FUNDED graphic so the screenshot exists the minute $5K hits.
  • Do not start paid ads until organic proof exists (original: ads week = week after launch).

7.5 Launch targets (confirmed unless owner refreshes — Decision D8)

Metric Target Stretch
Raised $5,000 $15,000+ (or SOT $35K/$54K if adopted)
Backers 100 300+
Time to fund 48 hours 24 hours
Email +200 +500
LinkedIn impressions 50,000 150,000+
Retreat backers 5 15+

MiMo flagged that a compressed 11-day runway may warrant a metrics refresh. OWNER DECISION REQUIRED (D8) to keep or revise.

8. Rewards & Pricing

Seven-tier structure is confirmed. Every price is unconfirmed. SOT cites $47/year annual digital as a known value that could inform the digital / access tiers. It is not written onto the page here.

8.1 Tier structure (public names)

Tier Public name Includes (from source) Limit in source Price
1 Digital Supporter eBook (PDF + Kindle) + backer updates TBD OWNER DECISION REQUIRED
2 Early Bird eBook eBook at a discount 200 (confirmed limit) OWNER DECISION REQUIRED
3 Paperback Signed paperback + eBook TBD OWNER DECISION REQUIRED
4 Collector’s Bundle Signed paperback + eBook + exclusive extras TBD OWNER DECISION REQUIRED
5 Digital Access Subscription Ongoing members-only digital access + all digital rewards TBD OWNER DECISION REQUIRED · map to $47/yr if owner adopts SOT
6 Retreat: Colorado Retreat ticket + signed book + all digital TBD OWNER DECISION REQUIRED · season/year D6
7 Retreat: St. Pete Retreat ticket + signed book + all digital TBD OWNER DECISION REQUIRED · season/year D7

Do not title Tier 5 “NFT Subscription” on Kickstarter.

8.2 Early-bird logic (confirmed)

Cap of 200 on the discounted eBook. Pre-make the “Early Bird SOLD OUT” graphic.

  • Digital yes-price should feel impulse-level for an advisor.
  • Early-bird only works if the discount vs Tier 1 is real and the 200 cap is visible.
  • Paperback must cover print + sign + pack + ship + Kickstarter fees, or the tier loses money. Unit costs are not in source — do not guess.
  • Retreats should not be listed until dates exist; a retreat with no date is a policy and trust problem.

8.4 Bundles / extras

“Exclusive extras” on Tier 4 are unnamed in source. OWNER DECISION REQUIRED (D17) — possible extras (Idea Bank only): bonus PDF, annotated chapter, workshop recording, signed bookplate. Do not publish extras that are not producible.

9. Stretch Goals

Five stretch-goal graphics are planned. Amounts and unlocks are placeholders in the PDF.

Publish stretches only after D2:

Order If owner keeps PDF metrics If owner adopts SOT ladder Unlock ideas already in source
1 First step above $5K Toward $35K Bonus chapter
2 Mid $35K target Audiobook sample
3 — Between $35K and $54K OWNER DECISION REQUIRED
4 — $54K stretch OWNER DECISION REQUIRED
5 $15K+ stretch in original metrics Beyond $54K or community unlock OWNER DECISION REQUIRED

9.2 Rule for stretches

Each unlock must not add fulfillment risk the team cannot staff. Prefer digital unlocks (extra chapter, worksheet, live Q&A replay) over extra physical SKUs. Physical add-ons during a first book campaign are how ship dates slip.

10. Pre-Launch Strategy

Remaining runway from Sep 21 is 11 days to Oct 2, or 5 days to Sep 26 (not recommended), or 18 days to Oct 9 if review slips.

10.1 Kickstarter pre-launch activity

  1. Finish page copy + images enough to submit for review.
  2. Submit Wed Sep 23 at latest for Oct 2.
  3. Use Kickstarter pre-launch / “Notify me” only if the page is actually submitted — otherwise it is theater.

10.2 Landing pages & email

  • Campaign site in the PDF: burnedoutadvisor.com. Candidates from review seats: aibook.fun (auto-renew confirmed in-thread; expiry flag CLOSED) and weown.academy. OWNER DECISION REQUIRED (D4).
  • FluentCRM + Stripe: @GTM. Needed for list capture. Due on working calendar Sep 25.
  • Blog: WordPress /blog, Yoast/RankMath, About + Contact pages, 4 author profiles.

10.3 Six hype posts (offsets confirmed; dates assume Oct 2)

# Theme Offset Working date Status
1 “We’re writing a book.” Day −21 Fri Sep 11 Past — catch-up burst if unpublished
2 Cover reveal Day −16 Wed Sep 16 Past — catch-up
3 “Who this book is for” Day −12 Sun Sep 20 Past — catch-up
4 Chapter preview Day −8 Thu Sep 24 Still ahead
5 “Why Kickstarter” Day −4 Mon Sep 28 Still ahead
6 “TOMORROW” Day −1 Thu Oct 1 Still ahead

Do not skip 1–3 and jump to “TOMORROW.”

10.4 Community / creators / PR / paid (pre-launch)

  • Original paid plan starts after launch (week 2). Do not spend pre-launch budget that is not in the source.
  • Podcast/blog outreach sits with @CEO in the RACI — no named outlets in source. Do not invent a media list.
  • Influencer plan: not specified beyond “share + tag 2 advisors” and personal networks. That is the creator strategy until the owner adds names.

10.5 Testing

  • Test every KS link, image, and (if present) video before launch week.
  • Test ad account with a small budget before ads week (@CEO, due Oct 8 on working calendar).
  • Rehearse the 3:05 AM PST LinkedIn fire or change the protocol (D12).

11. Launch-Day Strategy

Assume working launch Friday, October 2, 2026. Shift the clock, not the sequence, if D1 changes.

11.1 First 24 hours (confirmed protocol)

Time (PST) Action
3:00 AM Wake. War mode. D12 if this is not real.
3:05 AM LinkedIn launch post LIVE (6:05 AM EST)
5:00 AM X/Twitter launch post LIVE (8:00 AM EST)
6:00 AM Reply to everything within 1 hour
9:00 AM “X% funded in Y hours” graphic + post
12:00 PM Reply every comment on the launch post
3:00 PM Second progress post
6:00 PM Backer milestone graphic if earned
9:00 PM Day 1 recap

Week-1 goal: $5,000 funded + 200 backers. Reply within 2 hours thereafter. DM thank-you to every backer who shares publicly. Post FUNDED the minute it is true.

11.2 First 48–72 hours

  • Backer Update 1 (Day 2–3): thank you, Day 1 stats, what’s next.
  • Keep LinkedIn + 3–5 X posts/day.
  • Do not turn on the full ad set until organic proof exists (original: ads week = following week).
  • If funding is slow despite the low goal: activate remaining personal networks before spending.

11.3 First week (Fri Oct 2 – Thu Oct 8)

  • Daily milestone graphics (25 / 50 / 75 / 100%).
  • Behind-the-scenes LinkedIn.
  • Protect @LFG rest window if the compressed runway is already eating the operator.

12. Campaign Marketing Plan

One coordinated engine. LinkedIn is the spine.

12.1 Organic social

  • LinkedIn / BurnedOut Media: 10 posts/week through close (original cadence).
  • Campaign LinkedIn: daily + extras during the 33 days.
  • X: 3–5/day, adapted from LinkedIn, not raw dumps.
  • Mid-campaign: “Share + tag 2 advisors.”
  • Mid-campaign: Live Q&A with @THY (LinkedIn Live or Zoom, 30 min + 30 min prep), then 3–5 clips.

12.2 Email

FluentCRM. Backer updates on Kickstarter are not a substitute for an owned list. Eight backer-update slots are in §15/§20.

12.3 Paid

Item Plan
When Week after launch (working Oct 9–15)
Creative 3 angles × 2 sizes: Pain, Solution, Social Proof
Sizes 1200×628 and 1080×1080
Platforms LinkedIn + Meta
Video 15–30s cut from hero
Owner @CEO strategy / campaign manager; @LFG creative
Budget Not in source — OWNER DECISION REQUIRED (D18)

12.4 PR / creators / partnerships / communities

Source gives podcast/blog outreach as a @CEO workstream with no outlet list. Recommended: start with contributors’ own audiences and advisor groups the team already belongs to. Do not cold-pitch a fabricated journalist list.

12.5 Retargeting

Not specified in the PDF. Logical extension of Meta/LinkedIn ads only if D18 includes budget and pixels exist. Otherwise skip.

12.6 Campaign updates (confirmed slots, Oct 2 calendar)

Update Timing Content
1 Thank you Oct 3–4 Day 1 stats

13. Content & Creative Plan

13.1 Graphics (~60+ confirmed)

Finish unfinished items in Remaining Prep. Sizes stay as original.

Priority for review-submit (this week): cover, mockups, 7 tier images, page headers, author headshots. Stretch-goal graphics can follow if amounts are locked; do not upload “TBD” stretch tiles.

13.2 Video — see §6

13.3 Social / ads / email / landing

  • 6 pre-launch images (catch-up + remaining).
  • Launch day, FUNDED, 4 milestone %, 10 countdown, 48/24/final, thank-you, stats, what-next, share+tag, early-bird sold out, 5 stretch unlocks, 2 retreat graphics.
  • 6 ad images.
  • Blog ~1/week through close.
  • Legal pages, About, Contact, author profiles.

13.4 Asset production rule

Batch remaining graphics in 48-hour blocks (burnout mitigation). Do not open new creative concepts that are not on this list unless D19 (scope) says so.

Print vendor, bindery, inventory, and postage are not in the source. Do not promise a ship method you have not bought.

15.2 Customer communication

Eight backer updates (§12.6). Reply-to-everything rule during the live campaign. Post-campaign cadence drops to 3–5 hrs/week.

15.3 Contingency

  • Image-only page if video is late.
  • Slip launch if KS review is open on launch morning (D14).
  • Digital rewards can ship before paperbacks. State that on the page.
  • Retreats: drop from the live page rather than sell a past season.

15.4 Connectivity / ops note

StarLink +50GB priority data at Orlando Azur Resorts was logged in-thread as infrastructure for on-site execution. It is not campaign copy.

16. Budget & Financial Planning

Almost every dollar figure below $5,000 / $15,000+ is missing from source. This section is a ledger of categories, not a fake budget.

16.1 Known or source-stated

Item Amount Notes
Kickstarter goal $5,000 Confirmed floor
Metrics stretch $15,000+ Confirmed as a metric, not a KS goal
SOT target / stretch $35,000 / $54,000 SOT-cited only

16.2 Must be costed before launch (all OWNER DECISION REQUIRED)

Category Why it matters
Kickstarter + payment processing fees Net ≠ goal
Print unit cost × expected paperbacks Tier 3/4 can lose money
Shipping + mailers + signing logistics Drives delivery month
Ad spend (LinkedIn + Meta) D18
Software (FluentCRM, Canva, SEO plugin) May already be paid — not in PDF
Retreat COGS Do not sell below cost
Contingency reserve Recommended: do not spend the whole $5K on ads

Do not put a made-up fee percentage or print quote on the page.

18.3 AI / agent lane (this thread — coordination, not KS-page credits)

Agents produced revision, verification, and this blueprint. They are not Kickstarter “creators” unless the owner says so. Nemotron / similar TRAINS-on-DATA seats were flagged to stay structural-only around pricing placeholders.

19. Campaign KPI Dashboard

Monitor before and during. Do not invent baselines that were not measured.

19.1 Pre-launch

KPI Why Source target
KS page submitted (Y/N) + review status Critical path Submit Sep 23
Email subscribers Owned audience +200 / +500 during campaign
Hype posts 1–6 shipped (Y/N) Catch-up vs hole 6
Cover approved (Y/N) Blocks page Sep 23
Hero video or fallback chosen Blocks quality, not review This week

Cost-per-lead, conversion rate, and ad CAC are not in source. Track them once ads run; do not publish fake benchmarks.

19.2 Live campaign

KPI Target Stretch
Funding % vs $5K 100% in 48h 24h
Total raised $5,000 $15K+ or SOT ladder
Backers 100 300+
Average pledge derive, don’t invent —
KS visits not in source track in KS dashboard
LinkedIn impressions 50,000 150,000+
Blog posts 8 12
Retreat backers 5 15+
Comment reply time <2 hours <1 hour on launch day

19.3 Ads (if D18 funds them)

Spend, CTR, CPC, CPA, and which of the 3 angles wins. Kill the loser after a small test; do not “complete the plan.”

21. IDEA BANK

Valuable ideas that are not in the primary path, or were proposed by one seat, or would add scope. Kept so they are not silently deleted.

Idea Origin Why it is not primary When to pull it in
Public KS goal = $35K / stretch $54K SOT-cited PRJ-031 Conflicts with confirmed $5K floor philosophy Only if D2 chooses the SOT ladder and pre-launch list supports it
$47/yr as the named Digital Access price SOT-cited Not in the PDF; would invent if published without D3 If owner adopts
weown.academy as campaign URL 🌾 MiMo Third candidate after burnedoutadvisor.com and aibook.fun D4
Refresh impression/backer targets for 11-day runway 🌾 MiMo Original 100 / 50K / $15K+ still usable D8
HeyGen presenter videos as KS supporting films Adjacent WeOwnNet packages in OUTBOX Not in the 4-video inventory If hero cannot be recorded
Joe Pulizzi page as literal clone structure Original W11 task Benchmark, not a second book Optional 30-min study still useful
Inclusive 33-day close (Nov 3) KIMI arithmetic note KS exclusive clock is the one that charges Never — document the convention instead
Keep “NFT” internally for a later non-KS product Original Tier 5 KS-banned on the live page After campaign, off-platform, if legal
Fall 2026 St. Pete if already contracted Original Tier 7 Tight vs Oct campaign Only with a real contract date
Paid retargeting / pixel Extension of ads plan No budget in source D18
International shipping matrix Common KS need Not in source Before paperback launch, with real quotes
Named journalist / podcast list @CEO workstream No names in source Owner-supplied only
Credit AI agents on the KS page This thread Not requested; can look gimmicky Owner call
Image-only forever (no hero) Risk table Weaker than a 2-min founder video If @THY cannot record
3 AM PST as a brand ritual Original protocol Operator-health risk D12

22. OWNER DECISIONS REQUIRED

Every unresolved decision in one place. Campaign page should not go to Kickstarter review until D1, D4, D5 (language), prices, and retreat keep/drop are answered. Others can follow but will show up as holes.

D1 — Launch date

  • Options: (A) Fri Oct 2 – Wed Nov 4 (working) (B) Fri Oct 9 – Wed Nov 11 (slip if review not in) (C) Sat Sep 26 – Thu Oct 29 (in-channel; not recommended) (D) another Friday the owner names.
  • Why it matters: every date in this document hangs on it. Sep 26 has no review slack and breaks Friday protocol.
  • Need: a single yes.
  • Depends: §§10–15, 20.

D2 — Funding stack

  • Options: (A) KS goal $5K, metric stretch $15K+ (PDF) (B) KS goal $5K, published stretches $35K / $54K (SOT on top of PDF) (C) raise the KS goal itself to $35K (not recommended without list proof).
  • Why: the number on the button vs the numbers on the stretch bar.
  • Need: which ladder is public.
  • Depends: §§7, 9, 19.

D3 — Digital / access pricing

  • Options: leave TBD (blocks review) · adopt SOT $47/yr for Digital Access · owner-supplied prices for Tiers 1–5.
  • Why: Kickstarter rejects hollow rewards.
  • Need: dollar amounts and whether $47/yr is the access tier.
  • Depends: §§8, 16.

D4 — Public brand URL

  • Options: burnedoutadvisor.com (PDF) · aibook.fun (SOT; auto-renew closed the expiry flag) · weown.academy (MiMo).
  • Why: every CTA and legal page points somewhere.
  • Need: one URL.
  • Depends: §§5, 10, 12.

D5 — Tier 5 scope

  • Options: (A) keep the offer, public name Digital Access Subscription (B) drop the tier (C) replace with something owner-defined.
  • Why: original was “NFT subscription”; KS will reject that language even if the offer stays.
  • Need: in or out, plus public name.
  • Depends: §§5, 8, 17.

D6 — Colorado retreat

  • Options: Summer 2027 · drop · a specific contracted date.
  • Why: “Colorado Summer” 2026 is past.
  • Depends: Tiers, graphics, KPIs.

D7 — St. Pete retreat

  • Options: Fall 2026 if contracted · Fall 2027 · drop.
  • Why: same as D6; Fall 2026 is tight against an Oct campaign + Feb book delivery.
  • Depends: Tiers, graphics, KPIs.

D8 — Success metrics

  • Options: keep 100 backers / 50K impressions / $15K+ · refresh for compressed runway.
  • Depends: §19.

D9 — Season tag

  • Options: #WeOwnSeason005 (working, matches Oct-2026 / S005) · remain on 004 · other.
  • Depends: headers, social.

D10 — Roster

  • Options: confirm @THY / @LFG / @CEO / @GTM / Brian / Lou · update names.
  • Depends: KS authors block, RACI, headshots.
  • Options: still clone 6 pages from pTokenAssets · other counsel/source.
  • Depends: KS compliance.

D12 — 3:00 AM PST launch protocol

  • Options: keep · shift to a later first-post time with a named operator.
  • Depends: §11.

D13 — Holiday-adjusted production dates

  • Options: accept Jan 8 / 15 / 22 / 29, 2027 · owner-supplied dates.
  • Depends: §15.

D14 — Slip rule

  • Options: if review is open on launch morning, slip to next Friday (recommended) · launch anyway (not recommended).
  • Depends: D1, review gate.

D15 — Public estimated delivery

  • Options: February 2027 for physical (recommended) · other month the owner can actually hit.
  • Depends: KS page, backer trust.

D16 — KS account + Stripe + FluentCRM actually exist

  • Options: confirm live · name the blocker.
  • Depends: submit, email, checkout.

D17 — Collector “exclusive extras”

  • Options: name producible extras · drop “exclusive extras” until named.
  • Depends: Tier 4.

D18 — Paid budget

  • Options: $0 until organic · owner-set cap for Oct 9–15.
  • Depends: §§12.3, 16, 19.3.

D19 — Scope freeze

  • Options: this blueprint’s asset list is the list · owner adds HeyGen / extra SKUs.
  • Depends: burnout risk, §13.

D20 — Book delivery date printed on the KS page

  • Overlaps D15; original dependency #4 owned by @THY.

23. AGENT CONTRIBUTION MAP

Honesty about inputs: this thread did not contain nine independent full campaign plans. It contained one original master plan (PDF), one full date-revision, and multiple independent verification / strategy passes. Unique ideas from each are mapped below so nothing is silently credited or dropped.

Source What it contributed to this blueprint
Original PDF (Apr 25, 2026 · 21 pages · LibreOffice 24.2) Title, $5K philosophy, 33-day Fri→Wed shape, 7 tiers, 5 stretch slots, RACI, 8-block wireframe, 6 hype posts, 3 ad angles, 60+ graphics, 4 videos, 305-piece cadence, launch-day clock, 8 backer updates, Pulizzi benchmark, pTokenAssets legal clone, Joe-Friday 6:05/8:00 EST, 200 early-bird cap
🚀 LFG-Grok revision (84bcde9e · OUTBOX Oct-2026 plan) Recast to Oct 2–Nov 4; season 005; phase collapse; holiday-shifted fulfillment; catch-up posts; raised review/video/burnout likelihoods; 16 confirmation flags; exclusive 33-day close; Sep 26 recorded but unused
🛡️ GTM-GLM (orchestrate + fold-list) 4 NFT hits not 3; F1–F8 fold list; 21-page correction vs “38”; zero-slack review math; aibook.fun auto-renew closes expiry; slip-to-Oct-9 as load-bearing
MC-BA-IMAIT-META-GLM 19/19 date math; P0 NFT compliance; SOT $35K/$54K and $47/yr and domain discrepancy; self-corrected NFT count to 4; Post-1 Day −21 original error acknowledged
MC-BA-IMAIT-META-KIMI Original internal contradictions (phase length, week restart, W16/W17 overlap, Day −21, 60-day vs Day 110, Day 85 ≠ Sep 21, 34 vs 33); zero-slack submit-by; §1.2 as the unflagged NFT strategy sentence; domain-expiry self-correction accepted
MC-BA-IMAIT-META-GROK 26/26 weekday check; SOT pass; inclusive vs exclusive close clarification; do not reopen 09-05 domain flag
🌾 GTM-MiMo Full PDF date inventory; Sep 26 vs {Oct-2026} conflict table; weown.academy as third URL; metrics-may-need-refresh; coordination lane map
MC-BA-CCC-META Decision frame: two blockers (launch date + NFT); deduped owner table; drift-gate that 13 original sections were preserved; page-count /Count 38 explanation
@GTM Join / resume; StarLink +50GB Azur (ops note only); orchestration directions
@LFG (this request) Mandate to synthesize a 20-section operating blueprint + Idea Bank + Decision Register + Contribution Map, rather than another date-swap

Seats that had not posted a unique campaign document in-thread at synthesis time (QWEN, Nemotron, Laguna, FedArchBuzz) are not assigned invented ideas. If they later add unique checks, fold them into §21 / §22 without renumbering D1–D20.

24. Quality-control record

Second review against the six phase gates in the request:

Check Result
Every provided document considered Yes: PDF extract, Oct-2026 revision, and every in-thread verification pass listed in §23
Strong ideas not lost Pulizzi, pTokenAssets, 200 cap, 3 ad angles, 3 AM protocol, image-only fallback, catch-up burst, Christmas collision, zero-slack review, SOT ladder, $47/yr, three URLs, exclusive 33-day note — primary or Idea Bank
Duplicates consolidated Date audits merged; NFT count standardized at 4 original body hits; domain expiry closed
Conflicts addressed Launch date, funding ladder, URL, NFT language, 33-day convention, retreat seasons — all in §22, not silently picked
Old campaign dates removed from live plan June 26 / July 29 appear only as historical source. Live calendar is Oct 2–Nov 4 or marked DATE TO BE CONFIRMED
Dates internally consistent Same exclusive +33 arithmetic as the verified revision
Unverified info not stated as fact SOT figures labeled SOT-cited; prices not invented
Financial numbers not invented No fake print, ads, or fee math
Owner decisions identified D1–D20
Actionable §20 sequenced as DO NOW → FULFILLMENT
Reads as one strategy Operations PDF + review science folded into LFG’s 20-section spine

P0 before Kickstarter submit: D1 (or accept working Oct 2) · NFT language gone · no TBD prices on live tiers · no past-season retreats · page submitted by Sep 23 or slip to Oct 9.
