The book and library tiers ($19 Early Bird eBook, $25 eBook plus updates, $47 eBook plus 12 months of AiBook.fun, $55 signed paperback, $85 Collector's Bundle) were grouped under "Cloud". WeOwn Cloud is a separate product, so the bucket is now "Book & Library" everywhere. Sentences that called Cloud the do-it-yourself path now describe the Book & Library tiers plainly. Prices, dates and other content are unchanged. The .docx is regenerated from the fixed Markdown with v2/build_docx.py (same page map, 36 pages).

How Kickstarter works here
This campaign is all-or-nothing. If we do not reach the $5,000 goal, you are not charged. If we fund, we produce and deliver the rewards described above.
Risks and challenges
Compressed runway. We are submitting with a short pre-launch window. Mitigation: submit for review immediately; if approval is not in hand on launch morning, we slip to the next Friday (9 Oct – 11 Nov) rather than launch half-ready.
Print and shipping. Paper cost, sign, pack, and international shipping can move. Mitigation: February 2027 delivery estimate includes buffer; digital rewards ship first; we will update backers if a printer slip appears.
Scope creep / high-touch fulfillment. Retreat (369) and three Academy sites raise fulfillment and date-risk. Mitigation: dates for Retreat are locked (4–6 Nov 2026); Academy cohort windows must be stated before launch; prices must clear COGS; travel/lodging excluded unless contracted into the reward. Stretch goals stay digital-first.
AI tools in production. Writers and operators use modern AI tools as assistants for research, drafting support, and workflow examples inside the book and digital library. Humans author, edit, and are accountable for the final text and claims. We do not sell AI-generated junk as a finished book without human editorial control. See AI disclosure below.
Team bandwidth. Multi-author coordination can slow chapters. Mitigation: founding writers on contract; Minimum Lovable Library approach for companion digital workflows; public updates on slips.
AI disclosure (required honesty)
- What AI we use: mainstream large-language-model assistants and related tools for research aid, outline help, editing suggestions, and example workflows featured in the digital library.
- What humans do: authorship, editorial judgment, fact ownership, final prose, product decisions, and fulfillment promises.
- What this project is: an original multi-author book and optional digital-access subscription about owning AI in professional work — not an AI model product, not a crypto/NFT project, not equity crowdfunding.
- Imagery: campaign graphics and mockups will be labeled honestly; we will not use synthetic imagery to fake a finished printed book you have not approved.
FAQ
When do digital rewards arrive?
After a successful campaign, eBook files are delivered as soon as the final edition files are ready — targeted around the end of the campaign / early production window (October–November 2026 working assumption). Digital access keys for the subscription tier are provisioned within about 14 days of funding success.
When do physical books arrive?
Estimated February 2027.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes to countries we list in the reward shipping settings once rates are quoted. (OWNER: paste final country list + rates before launch.)
What is Digital Access Subscription?
Twelve months of members-only digital library access (workflows and updates as published), plus the eBook. It is not a cryptocurrency, NFT, token, or investment.
What if a stretch goal misses?
Stretch goals only unlock if we cross that pledged total. Base rewards do not depend on stretches.
Refunds?
If the campaign does not fund, Kickstarter does not charge you. After a successful campaign, refund policy follows Kickstarter’s rules plus our update if a specific reward becomes impossible; we will communicate in backer updates.
Is this related to AiBook.fun?
Yes. AiBook.fun is the public home for the runnable digital library that pairs with this book’s ownership thesis. The Kickstarter funds the book campaign and optional digital access — presented in plain language, without Web3 wrapping.
