What Happened

  1. VSA-Kimi 🧪 initialization was attempted via CCC-ID range GTM_2026-W31_44xX
  2. A FULL RAG SYNC was completed at 15:08 MDT — confirmed successful
  3. Despite the RAG sync, the document-summarizer #AgentSkill still does not function correctly
  4. @GTM shared (2) screenshots in Signal group ♾️ WeOwn.Dev 💻 (.OCA) showing the error behavior
